Return policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you received your item to return or exchange it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition it was received, unused, with tags attached, and intact packaging. You will also need to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, we will happily exchange it for a new, unused item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund within 10 business days, paid to your original form of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.
