3. Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after the package is delivered to the carrier and do not include order processing time. The estimated delivery times below are in business days. Please note that actual delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, holidays, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Clearance
For international orders (for example, shipping from the EU to the UK, or from the EU/UK to the US), the recipient may be required to pay import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

Who Pays?
As the recipient, you are responsible for paying all such fees to receive your package.

How Much?
The amount of duties and taxes depends on the import regulations of your destination country and the value of the merchandise. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount.

How to Pay?
Typically, the carrier or customs authorities will contact you after your package arrives to request payment. Some carriers may offer a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service—if available, you can select this option during checkout.

Important: We cannot prepay or cover these charges for any international orders. Please familiarize yourself with the import regulations of your country before placing an order. Failure to pay applicable duties and taxes may result in your package being detained, returned, or destroyed. We are not responsible in these circumstances, and generally, no refunds will be issued.

EU-UK Shipping:
Post-Brexit, shipments between the EU and the UK are subject to customs formalities and may be subject to import VAT and duties.

Intra-EU Shipping:
Shipments between EU member states are generally duty-free, but cross-border tax reporting requirements remain.

6. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your package in real time on the carrier's official website.

7. Shipping Issues and Lost Packages
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or undeliverable condition, we will reship it at your expense or refund you (minus shipping and handling charges).

Lost or Damaged Package:
If your package is lost or severely damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately by email. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and, based on the investigation, re-ship or refund your package.

Delivery Failure:
If multiple delivery failures occur, your package may be held at your local post office or delivery center. Please follow the
