We strive to ensure that the product information on the Store (including descriptions, prices, and availability) is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is always correct. We reserve the right to correct or cancel orders if errors are discovered.

Prices are final and include Value Added Tax (VAT) or other applicable taxes based on the country of delivery (if applicable).

4. Order and Contract Formation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have received your order. The sales contract is only formally formed when we confirm by email that the goods have been shipped.

We reserve the right to reject an order if:

The product is out of stock;

The payment is not verified;

A significant pricing error is discovered;

There are reasonable grounds to suspect that the order was fraudulent.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to many countries in Europe. Shipping times and costs are clearly displayed at checkout.

We will provide tracking information after shipping. If the goods are not delivered within a reasonable time, you have the right to request a refund or re-shipment.

6. Cancellation and Return Policy (Consumer Right of Withdrawal)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods (applicable in EU countries). If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the following conditions apply:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging;

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the product is defective);

We will refund the product within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Products that are not subject to the right of withdrawal include:

Products clearly marked as custom-made or personalized;

Perishable or expired products;

Hygiene/health products whose sealed packaging has been opened.

7. Product Defects and Warranty

If the product is defective, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights are governed by EU law, such as the Consumer Sales and Guarantees Directive.

Please contact us within a reasonable time (preferably within 7 days) of becoming aware of the problem, including a description of the problem and photos.
